- Studying the drawings and details provided by Client
- Converting the drawings to CGS format in order to maintain confidentiality of Client
3. Supplier Short List
- Creating a short list of Suppliers from the data bank available considering the product requirement
4. Floating of Inquiries
- Sending inquirues to short listed suppliers informing all the details like raw material, surfae coating requirement, Packaging Requirement, Volumes, Dispatch Dates etc.
5. Receipt of Quotations
- Following with suppliers for quotations.
- Checking the quotation for any missing information or any confusion
6. Comparison of Quotations
- Comapring quotations received from different supplierrs on basis of tooling cost, jig/fixtures cost, product cost, development time, production lead time etc.
7. Placing Order
- Placing order with the most competitive and high rated supplier
8. Sample Development
- Developing the first sample with the supplier being in constant touch with supplier
- Co-ordinating with client for any doubt or clarification raised during the development stage
9. Sample Approval
- Checking the sample on readiness
- Sharing material test reports, dimensional reports etc. with the client.
10. Production
- Proceeding with actual productiion on receipt of sample approval from Client
11. Production Approval
- Inspecting the production lot for reworks / rejections
- Sharing of material reports, dimensional reports etc. with the client for approval
12. Packaging
- Proceeding with packaging after approval from Client
13. Shipment
- Proceeding with shipment as decided
14. Payments
